✨ TERMS OF USE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS✨
My designs can be used for personal and commercial use but
please review the terms below:
✨ You may only produce up to 100 products
using this design. After producing 100 products using this design, you will
either need to repurchase the design OR you can purchase a license that is $50
and applies to all past, present, and future designs with unlimited use. I have a
link to my licensing under the "seamless patterns" section.
✨ You may use my designs on any and all physical products. This includes transfers, print-on-demand, t-shirts, keychains, decals, etc.
✨ You MUST add a watermark to your product photography. This could be your business name over the image or even a "do not copy". If you do not add a watermark, both of our images could be stolen and used illegally.
✨You may NOT alter, resell, or share my digital products.
✨ MORE IMPORTANT INFO ✨
✨The photos in my digital pattern listings are mockups. I cannot guarantee that the design will turn out that way on a physical product. Colors will vary depending on how you print them and what
color garments/fabric, etc. you’re printing on.
✨I do NOT offer technical help. Google
is your best friend! If your computer or printer is having issues, I will not
be able to help you.
✨I do NOT provide help with the creation process.
✨SHIPPING✨
✨I usually ship within 3-4 business days of receiving the order, unless noted otherwise.
✨ REFUND POLICY ✨
✨ I do NOT offer refunds for duplicate purchases. You are responsible for keeping up with what you’ve purchased in the past.
✨I do NOT offer refunds for digital products or straws (for sanitary reasons) under any circumstances.
✨ The only reason I will issue a refund for a physical product is if a mistake was made on my end.
✨ I do NOT offer exchanges.
✨ CANCELLATION POLICY ✨
✨ I totally understand changing your mind! You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not been shipped. Please reach out ASAP if you need to cancel. REMINDER - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
✨LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS ✨
✨Please reach out to sidney@pineapplepalettesupplyco.com so we can file a claim.
✨LOST/Not Delivered:✨
✨If your tracking has not updated in several days you can submit a search request claim at USPS.com or you can contact us and we will initiate the claim. Please note that this will take several days to possibly a week to come to a resolution.
✨Stolen/Delivered But Not Received:✨
✨If your package was marked delivered and you did not receive it, you can contact your local post office to see where it was marked delivered. If they confirm the correct address then you will need to follow the steps here https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft.
✨Damaged Items:✨
✨Please reach out to us at sidney@pineapplepalettesupplyco.com and provide pictures of the damaged products.
